Now that I’m easing back into my life routine (keyword: easing), I need to jump back into my workout routine. This is really really hard for me right now. All I want to do is go to the pool…or organize my life. Both priorities.
I’m finding the workout/eat healthy thing to be very hard. It’s not that I don’t like to eat healthy and it’s not that I don’t love how I feel after I workout, cause I do. It’s just so much easier to opt out of those things in favor for quick stuffs.
Anywho. I figured I’d brainstorm some ways to get me more excited about working out.
1. Try barre classes. {tips & tricks for newbies like me}
2. Start hot yoga again. {that hot hot heat really feels good, trust.}
3. Throw out one or two old pairs of workout pants and get one or two new ones like these: Reebok compression capris.
4. Get (or pine for) this shirt.
5. Try this steamy app out, {ok, not really getting back to the gym-related, but it is fitness-related and seems sexy & fun!}
And if none of that works, I’ll watch JT and RThicke’s r-rated music videos {focusing on the hotness and toned bods} to motivate me. Plus the good beats don’t hurt.
Maybe I’ll look like Olivia Pope {or…Kerry Washington} when I’m done! Willpower Queen. Except for that whole sleeping with the president thang…
